The rule of 10

This is one of the units of the Critical Literacy course that teach us how to apply the 10 elements in order to frame a text. Meaning that we can able to put a frame to an article or writing and recognize that it has been produced in a particular context and has been motivated by particular needs. The elements are:

2. Content

3. Source

4. Audience

5. Rhetorical function

6. Purpose

7. Perspective

8. Positioning

9. Impact

10. Visual literacy
